Concrete Futures Summer Meeting 2024

The Concrete Futures 2024 Summer Meeting will be held August 2-4, 2024 at the BRAND NEW Hocking Hills Lodge & Conference Center, 20020 State Route 664 S Logan, OH 43138. The meeting will include cocktail and meal gatherings as well as a fun day on the river canoeing.

Double Queen Balcony, Double Queen Patio, or King Balcony = $235.00 plus tax per night, 2 nights minimum or King Bunk Patio = $ 255.00 plus tax per night, 2 nights minimum

Hotel cutoff date:  June 28th, 2024.  The lodge is sold out so once our block is gone, there will be little chance of securing a room at the lodge.

    Cancellation Policy: No refunds after July 22nd, 2024. All cancellations subject to a processing fee. NO SHOWS will be charged full registration fees.

    4:00 pm: Check in to Hocking Hills Lodge & Conference Center, 20020 SR 664 South, Logan, OH, 43138
    6:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Cocktails and heavy appetizers in Fireside Concourse room at the lodge.

    SATURDAY, AUGUST 3RD:
    Breakfast on your own
    11:15 am: Board bus to travel to Foxes Hocking Hills Canoe Livery, 12789 SR 664, Logan, OH 43138
    12:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Cabrewing with boxed lunch
    3:15 pm: Board bus to return to lodge
    3:45 pm – 5:00 pm: Free Time to search for Big Foot on your own
    5:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Cocktail Reception in Hemlock room at the lodge
    6:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Buffet dinner in Hemlock room at the lodge
    8:00 pm – 11:00 pm: Private area outside at lodge’s Forest Plaza area, with private bartender

    SUNDAY, AUGUST 4TH
    10:00 am: Check out, Conclude 2024 Summer Meeting
