Ohio Concrete will host the 88th Annual Meeting at the Renaissance Columbus Westerville/Polaris Hotel on Thursday, December 10th and Friday, December 11th. Special OC Annual Meeting hotel rates are being held through November 17, 2026.
Mark your calendar and plan to attend the 88th Annual Meeting. This annual event is one of the most highly anticipated association events of the year. This year’s meeting will feature educational sessions and networking opportunities with fellow members and industry affiliates. You will hear from experts in the field on trending business and technical topics relating to the concrete construction industry. The 88th Annual Meeting Banquet will feature a member-sponsored hospitality reception and silent auction to benefit the Ohio Concrete Political Action Committee (OC-PAC). Following dinner there will be a live auction for a chance to bid on exclusive items and show your support for the OC-PAC in a fun way. Each year our exhibit area continues to grow and create lasting industry relationships among our members and their peers. Sign up today and encourage your customers to exhibit for an exclusive networking opportunity at the 88th Ohio Concrete Annual Meeting!
Once again, this year exhibitors will have the opportunity to promote their company at the beginning of the general sessions on Thursday morning from 10:00 am – 10:30 am (split among all exhibitors) to generate more traffic to the exhibit area. Exhibitors are encouraged to prepare a 1-minute presentation of their company’s products and services.
The exhibit hall will be open throughout the general sessions on Thursday, December 10th (8:00 am – 4:00 pm) through Friday, December 11th (8:00 am – 11:00 am). Space is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis beginning with set up on Thursday, December 10th after 7:00 am.
The cost to exhibit is $700 for OC Members and $950 for Non-Members. Exhibit fees include admission for one company representative to attend the Annual Meeting Banquet on Wednesday evening, a $210 value providing even more networking opportunities! You are required to register and pay for any additional company representatives as “Annual Meeting Banquet Only” if more than one representative will be attending the banquet.

This year’s spouse program will feature a breakfast program on the Art of Mastering Sourdough Bread Baking! Discover the joy of creating delicious, healthy sourdough bread in this hands-on class led by an experienced local baker, Coco Bakes. Learn practical techniques that take the confusion out of sourdough baking—from starter care to mixing, shaping, and baking your own beautiful loaves.
The spouse program will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2026 from 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. onsite at the Renaissance Columbus Westerville/Polaris Hotel. Registration and payment are required before November 17, 2026, for the sourdough bread baking class.

The 2026 Ohio Concrete PAC auction will be held at the 88th Annual Meeting Banquet on Thursday, December 10th. This year’s auction will include an electronic silent auction during the hospitality reception followed by a live auction after dinner featuring exclusive items donated by Ohio Concrete members. All funds raised will go to support Ohio Concrete’s lobbying efforts on behalf of the concrete construction industry.
Help to make this year’s auctions a success, donate items today! Use your creativity in donating goods or services for the Ohio Concrete PAC Auction. Suggested popular items include: sporting event tickets, golf certificates, electronics, vacation packages, *monetary donations ($50+), and custom baskets. Items that are valued below $500 will be placed in the silent auction.
