After careful consideration with the OC Golf Committee and The Medallion Club, we are confident that we will be able to bring you a safe and fun outing to benefit the Roger Jones Education Fund. The Medallion Club is located in Delaware County. Delaware County is currently at a Level 2 according to the Ohio Public Health Advisory System. This means players will need to proceed with caution, but are not required to wear a mask during play.
The cost to attend the Golf Outing has been discounted this year to $175 per person or $700/foursome, which includes golf, cart, box lunch, on-course beverage package (non-alcoholic and domestics only) and a plated dinner.
This year we will convert the traditional shotgun starts to assigned tee times between 10 am – 11:48 am. Players will be required to arrive no earlier than 45-minutes before your scheduled tee time to stagger arrivals and avoid people congregating in large groups.
Following golf, players will be able to enjoy a plated dinner with their group. There will be a cash only (NO CREDIT CARDS) option for drinks with dinner. Your dinner reservation times will be limited and tables will be sanitized between each group to ensure the health and safety of all players. This means that following dinner you will be required to leave so that the next dinner reservation can be seated.
Raffle tickets will be sold at the registration table and on the course during play. All proceeds raised from the raffle will go to benefit the Roger Jones Education Fund. Since we will not be holding the traditional awards banquet following golf this year, players will simply stop by the prize table at dinner to check for winning tickets.
Hole Sponsorships – Get your company recognized at the outing and support the cause! With your sponsorship, you will receive a sign at the sponsored hole and recognition in the printed materials both at the outing and in all follow-up publications. Please note, sponsors must be received by June 24th to receive recognition on the signage at the outing.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a Cancellation fee. No refunds after Monday, August 3, 2020. No registration will be accepted without payment. Golf is limited to 156 players who will be registered on a first-come, first-serve, basis. The Medallion Club has a no jeans/cargo shorts policy so please dress accordingly.
