The cost to attend the Golf Outing is $195 per person OR $780 per foursome and includes golf, lunch and awards dinner banquet. You may also register for the awards dinner banquet only at $50 per person. IMPORTANT NOTE: if you would like your foursome’s golf score to be calculated with Gross (without handicap) or Net (with handicap) for prize eligibility, please indicate below. If you do not select one, your foursome’s score will automatically be calculated using Net score, so please provide your handicap or your average score playing 18 hole course.
Sponsors will be recognized at the outing with a sign at the contest hole/event, in the printed materials at the outing and in all follow-up publications. Please reserve your sponsorship no later than FRIDAY JULY 27TH to receive recognition at the outing. Sponsorship reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-serve, basis. All team and skill prizes will be presented to the winners by a representative of the sponsoring company at awards banquet. Choose from the following sponsorship opportunities:
- GOLD SPONSOR (most popular) $2,000 – Includes Golf for 8, one hole sponsorship, and premier recognition at the golf outing
- SILVER SPONSOR $1,500 – Includes Golf for 4, one hole sponsorship, and premier recognition at the golf outing
- BRONZE SPONSOR $900 – Includes Golf for 2, one hole sponsorship, and premier recognition at the golf outing
- TEAM PRIZE SPONSOR $500 each – A team prize trophy will be awarded to the foursome with the highest Net and Gross score
- SKILL PRIZE HOLES $300 each – There will be a Longest Putt and Closest-to-the Pin contest on each of the three 9-hole courses, The Meadows, Rookery and Preserve
- HOLE SPONSOR $300 each – Includes sign at the hole
- HOSPITALITY SPONSOR $500 each – Includes sign at beverage stations and carts and the golf dinner awards banquet
- DOOR PRIZE SPONSOR $50 each – Help us to make this event fun for all! Door prizes will be purchased and handed out at the banquet
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations are subject to a $25 Cancellation fee. No refunds after Friday, August 3, 2018! No registration will be accepted without payment. Golf is limited to 160 players who will be registered on a first-come, first-serve, basis. The Medallion Club has a no jeans/cargo shorts policy so please dress accordingly.
