  Ladies Educational And Ready-mix Network
The Ladies Educational and Ready-mix Network (L.E.A.R.N.) is an affiliate group of the Ohio Ready Mixed Concrete Association (ORMCA) geared toward the women of the concrete industry. The group meets a few time per year to network and share ideas related to the industry.
